Welcome to Hallasheri, a fintech platform operated by Sunvalor Technologies LLP ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using Hallasheri, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

1. Eligibility

To use Hallasheri, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. User Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms.

3. Services Provided

Hallasheri allows creators to receive monetary support from their audience. By using our services:

  • Creators agree to comply with all financial and taxation obligations applicable to them.
  • Supporters acknowledge that their contributions are voluntary and non-refundable.

4. Fees and Payments

  • We charge a 5% transaction fee on each contribution, excluding taxes.
  • Payouts to creators are processed within a reasonable time frame.
  • Hallasheri is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5. Creator-Specific Terms

  • Creators must not misrepresent their content, offerings, or purpose on the platform.
  • Creators are solely responsible for any rewards, perks, or additional content promised to supporters.
  • Hallasheri reserves the right to withhold or suspend payouts if fraudulent or suspicious activities are detected.
  • Hallasheri is not liable for any disputes between creators and supporters regarding promised content or rewards.
  • Hallasheri does not hold or store creator funds; all payments are processed and transferred directly via third-party payment gateways.
  • Each creator is individually responsible for complying with applicable tax laws, including income tax or GST, based on their earnings through the platform. - Hallasheri does not deduct or file taxes on behalf of creators, except for any applicable TDS on its own platform commission (if required).

6. Supporter-Specific Terms

  • Supporters acknowledge that all contributions are voluntary and are not considered as payments for goods or services.
  • Refunds will not be provided unless required by law or in cases of fraudulent transactions.
  • Supporters must not engage in harassment, spam, or abuse towards creators on the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
  • Misrepresenting their identity or purpose on the platform.
  • Using Hallasheri for money laundering or other unlawful transactions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, and materials on Hallasheri are owned by Sunvalor Technologies LLP.
  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Hallasheri is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
  • We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the platform.

10. Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.
  • Users may discontinue using Hallasheri at any time.

11. Technical Glitches and Delays

  • While we strive to ensure seamless transactions and payouts, unforeseen technical issues may arise.
  • In the event of any technical glitch, funds will not be lost but may experience processing delays.
  • We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues promptly but are not liable for any inconvenience caused.

12. Third-Party Service Dependencies

  • Hallasheri relies on third-party service providers, including payment gateways, banks, and financial intermediaries.
  • Any errors, delays, or failures arising due to third-party service issues are beyond Hallasheri’s control.
  • Users acknowledge that payouts may be delayed due to compliance checks, security protocols, or downtime experienced by these service providers.

13. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of S.A.S Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.

14. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Hallasheri after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
