Users are responsible for maintaining their account credentials and must report unauthorized use.

3. Services Provided

Hallasheri enables creators to receive monetary support. Creators must comply with financial obligations, and supporters acknowledge contributions are non-refundable.

4. Fees and Payments

We charge a 5% transaction fee. Payouts are processed timely, but delays from third-party payment processors are not our responsibility.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in fraud, misrepresentation, or unlawful transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content is owned by Sunvalor Technologies LLP and may not be copied or modified without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hallasheri is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes resolved in S.A.S Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
