Hallasheri is a platform that allows supporters to contribute directly to creators. Since these contributions are voluntary and intended as financial support, all payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Hallasheri does not process or issue refunds for any transactions.
  • Supporters should carefully review their payment details before completing a transaction.

2. Creator-Specific Refund Terms

  • Creators acknowledge that all contributions received are final and non-refundable by default.
  • If a creator chooses to offer a refund due to exceptional circumstances, they are responsible for handling the refund directly with the supporter.
  • Creators must ensure transparency in their offerings and avoid misleading supporters regarding refunds or benefits of contributions.

3. Supporter-Specific Refund Terms

  • Supporters understand that their contributions are voluntary and not subject to refunds.
  • If a supporter believes a refund is necessary, they may contact the creator directly to request one.
  • Hallasheri does not mediate or enforce refund requests but encourages open communication between creators and supporters.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

  • If a supporter disputes a payment through their bank, UPI app, or credit/debit card provider (chargeback), the payment provider (such as Razorpay) will review the case.
  • Filing a chargeback may lead to account restrictions on Hallasheri.
  • Excessive disputes or chargebacks may result in penalties or removal from the platform for both supporters and creators.
  • We encourage supporters to resolve issues directly with the creator instead of initiating a chargeback.

5. Compliance with Indian Laws

Hallasheri operates in compliance with the following Indian laws and regulations:
  • Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Digital Payment Guidelines – Payments are processed through RBI-compliant payment aggregators.
  • Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000 – Ensuring data security and privacy.
  • Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 – Transparency in digital transactions.
